Impulse buy and now Vita-Mix Obsessed! Has anyone else caved and bought a Vita-Mix? My husband and I stopped into Costco last Saturday for a few items and got sucked into the Vita-Mix demonstration and it was love at first sight!

My husband has been telling me for over a year that we should get one, however we already had a blender, food processor and juicer. I felt we didn’t need any more appliances. I was wrong! This machine is genius!

You can make anything from dips to soups and ice cream to baby food and play dough in minutes with such easy cleanup. Which has always been my complaint with the juicer and food processor.

Our first day with our new Vita-Mix we made Hummus, Tortilla Soup and Peach Sorbet with all fresh items. I loved the idea of knowing everything you are eating.
